~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Directs and coordinates activities to implement the bank's
policies, procedures, and practices concerning granting or
extending lines of credit, commercial loans, real estate loans,
and consumer credit loans. Directs activities of associates
engaged in implementing bank services and performing such
functions as authorizing loans, opening checking and savings
accounts, selling Certificates of Deposit, and collecting
delinquent accounts. Responsible for staffing and training all
associates in both branch and bank procedures. Responsible for
branch security and branch audits. Responsible for providing
excellent customer service to all bank customers by all
associates in the branch. Establishes and monitors procedures for
custody and control of branch assets, records, loan collateral,
and securities to ensure safekeeping. Reviews and approves NSF
and cash item resolution actions. Increase total branch deposit
growth and development. Increase total branch loan growth and
development. Contacts customers and business, community, and
civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new
business. Prepares financial and regulatory reports required by
law, regulations, and bank procedures. Examines, evaluates, and
processes loan applications ensuring efficient and complete
processing through the loan closing process. Talks to customers
to resolve bank account and/or loan problems. Promotes and
provides Commercial Lending and Mortgage Lending services to
branch customer service area. Responsible for customer service to
all accounts and personalized service to large customer accounts
including deposit and lending services. Responsible for
implementing and monitoring all branch security and
confidentiality procedures and functions. Market and promote bank
services in the community. Responsible for loans and deposits
between 20M and 40M.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises 3 to 10
employees in the Branch Operations. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing,
hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving
problems.

Compensation 60K + strong incentive program and excellent benefits

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual

essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's
degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and five or
more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. COMPUTER SKILLS
Expertise with banking operations software applications and
ability to use PC software including word processing,
spreadsheets, email and internet/intranet applications.
